HiFiCloseout.com is not responsible for any duties and or taxes on your order. There may be additional customs, duties or taxes charged by your Government. We do not calculate these charges. Please check with your customs agency for more information.
Customs Declaration
HiFiCloseout.com is required by law to declare the accurate monetary value on all shipments to destinations outside the USA. We are unable to honor requests to suppress the value of the package contents on the customs declaration.

HiFiCloseout.com does not rent, sell or in any way distribute our customers names, address, email address or credit card information or any personal information to any third party. HiFiCloseout.com must cooperate fully, if required by law or legal process, to provide information regarding a customer.
Inventory Information & Order Status
We do our best to keep our inventory current, but sometimes product demand makes this impossible. There is no guarantee that an item listed will actually be available. Our inventory can fluctuate significantly from day to day. A product may be in stock when the order is placed, but may be sold out by the time the order is processed.
Any information regarding your order will be sent to you by email after we review the order. WE DO NOT CHARGE YOUR CREDIT CARD UNTIL THE ITEM IS READY TO SHIP.
Returns
Upon receiving the package(s), please inspect carefully, notify the delivery person of any problems or damage. If an item is damaged in transit, please contact the carrier to file a damage claim. Once the damage claim is filed, please inform us at service@hificloseout.com. We will replace the damaged or lost item with the same item (no substitution will be honored).
If you have problems with a product once you receive it, please contact our customer service for assistance, they will work with you to resolve the issue. Most often a product thought to be defective is actually not being used properly. If an item is determined to be defective we will exchange it, at no cost to the customer within 30 days from date of purchase. Please send an email to service@HiFiCloseout.vom for an RA# prior to the return of the product(s). WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNED PRODUCTS WITHOUT THE RA# NOTED ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE PACKAGE. Please insure that all the original packaging and packing are intact and not damaged or defaced. Please enclose a message stating the reason for the return. WE ARE NOT ABLE TO ACCEPT SOFTWARE FOR RETURN. A restocking fee may apply. No fluids or items with adhesive backing may be returned.
All original packing, packaging, instructions, cables, warranty cards, remote controls or any material originally included with the product must be included with the return.
