Prospective students and their families are invited to attend our fall Open House to meet current students, faculty, coaches, staff, Parent Guild officers and members, alumnae and members of our board of trustees.

It’s a great opportunity for determining how Immaculata Academy can meet your daughter’s educational, personal, and spiritual expectations.


October 2008

Application forms for admission to Immaculata Academy are accepted at your daughter’s elementary or middle school office.


November 2008

Placement exam review course
November 3-5 & 17-19, 4 – 6 p.m., $80 for all six classes (includes review book)
All essential elements of the placement exam are covered and practice tests assist students with critical thinking and test-taking skills. Regististration deadline is October 27.

Placement exam
November 22, 8 a.m. – noon, $20
Eighth grade students interested in attending Immaculata Academy must register to take the placement exam. Criteria for awards and scholarships are primarily based on each student’s placement exam test results. Registration deadline is November 17.


December 2008

All applying students who would like to be considered for Tuition Assistance Program (TAP) must return forms to the Admissions Office.


January 2009

Immaculata Academy mails acceptance notifications to new students and scholarship award winners. Qualified students also receive tuition assistance grants.
February 2009

Freshmen registration
February 11, 4 – 6 p.m.
All accepted students and their families are invited to attend Freshman Registration.


May 2009

Fine Arts Night
May 19, 6 – 8:30 p.m.
Current and interested students, along with their families are invited to attend our spring Fine Arts Night.


June 2009

Class of 2013 Induction
June 7, 9 – 11 a.m.
Immaculata Academy welcomes all accepted students and their families to our Class of 2013 Induction Mass and Breakfast.

August 2009

All accepted students are asked to attend our Freshman Forum (orientation). This begins a week before the rest of the students begin school and important elements leading to a smooth transition to high school life are covered. In addition to “house-keeping” notes, students will learn about time management skills and good study habits. This program increases student’s retention and academic success.
