LOCATION AND HOURS- We do not operate a retail location, and orders are typically placed by phone and/or email. However, we can arrange to meet with you personally if neeeded. Completed orders may be picked up at our Tonawanda, NY location (584 Montrose Ave.) or shipped.
- We check email and voice mail on a regular basis, day and night, 7 days a week. If we are assisting another customer when you call, you may leave a voice message. If you leave us a message, you will receive a reply.
TO REQUEST A QUOTE- When requesting a quote, please provide as much of the following information as possible. Items with an (*) are required before we can finalize your quote.
- Your name (first name only is fine).
- *The item to be printed (t-shirt, hoodie, etc.).
- *Item color or colors. Please note that we cannot print on dark-colored items, including black and navy. Why?
- *Quantity and sizes.
- *A description of the design to be printed. For email requests you can send any artwork as an attachment.
- *Where the print(s) should be located (i.e. front, left chest, back, sleeve).
- How soon you need them. We can usually expedite an order if needed.
- The best way to contact you.
- Any other instructions or questions.
- You may also request a quote on items in our online catalog.
GUIDELINES FOR SUBMITTING ARTWORK- There is no design charge for printing customer-supplied artwork "as-is" or for adding or creating simple text for a design. Design charges for original artwork vary on a per-job basis.
- You can send files to us as email attachments. We can print directly from vector or bitmap files, and we can accommodate most formats, including Photoshop and Illustrator (CS2). We cannot work with Microsoft Publisher files at this time.
- Partial list of supported formats: .jpg .pdf .bmp .pdf .psd .ai .eps .cdr
- Bitmap images should be a minimum of 300dpi when scaled to the desired print size.
- Maximum print size is 14" wide by 16" tall. Submitted artwork may be resized if requested.
- Customer-supplied artwork will be printed as submitted. If a design is not "ready to print" (except for resizing) a design fee may be required to make any changes necessary. We will contact you if there are any concerns regarding your design.

PAYMENT AND SHIPPING- Orders are COD. We accept cash, check, MasterCard, VISA, American Express and PayPal.
- A deposit may be required on large orders.
- Payment for any items purchased online is made through PayPal using their secure server. (A PayPal account is not required.) Online orders are shipped UPS Ground.
COPYRIGHT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY- We cannot print any copyrighted work without permission from the copyright holder.
- It is the customer's sole responsibility to obtain the right to use any image submitted for print.
PRIVACY- All information provided is used for processing orders only. We do not share any of your personal information with anyone else.
